Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased directly from our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Face masks
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Sale items with discounts greater than 40% are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt must be provided with your return.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use, have removed tags, or are returned without original packaging may not be accepted for return or may receive a partial refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@skinvclub.com or use the Return Request form in your account dashboard. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the items in their original packaging along with the RAN and any completed forms provided.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, here's what you can expect:

  • Inspection: We'll inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refund Notification: You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for purchase.
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
  • Gift Purchases: Refunds for items purchased as gifts will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient or returned to the original purchaser's payment method, depending on preference.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping with your order, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item following our standard return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.

This approach ensures you get the item you want without delays, especially if inventory levels change during the return process.

If the new item you wish to purchase is more expensive than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos showing the issue

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and expedite your refund or replacement. We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs, depending on your location.

International Returns

For international customers, the same 30-day return policy applies, but please note the following:

Promotional Items and Gifts

For orders that included free promotional items or gifts with purchase:
